Boomstick was a band. They played acousticish punkish music when they were all going to college in Westminster, MD. Here is a completish collection of all of their recordings.
released February 10, 2013
Boomstick is: Evan Armstrong – electric guitar, cello, violin; Matthew Bisenius – acoustic guitar, vocals; Nathan Guttendorf – drums, banjo; Noah Patton – bass; and Zander Roell – vocals, harmonica
Unfortunately, these recordings only feature Zander and Matt except on track 15, with cello by Evan and gang vocals with Evan and Nathan; and on track 16, with electric guitar by Evan.

All tracks “mastered” by Matthew Bisenius
All songs written by Zander Roell and Matthew Bisenius, except Track 14 which was written by Jeff Rosenstock, and Track 24 which was written by Zander Roell, Matthew Bisenius, Noah Patton, Nathan Guttendorf, and Evan Armstrong.
Tracks 2-5, 7-9, 11-13 were originally released on “The Cowboy Demos,” but my roommate Jake is literally the only person who bought one. I gave one to my mom, as did Zander, and we traded a few with other bands. Darcy might also have bought one; she definitely had it on her ipod. I think she pirated it from Jake or Zander though. Anyways, even if you are Jake, or Darcy the pirate, or our moms, you should check out these new, re-“mastered” versions. They are louder.
Track 16 was originally released on SHOP COMP #1 by SHOP Productions.
Cover arts by Matthew Bisenius.
Graphic design help from Jake Friedman and Danni Long.
Much thanks to family, friends, anyone who helped us out, and you for downloading and listening to this. Big shoutout to Mike Monaco for lots of support.
